Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Digi Do, a business operating platform designed to help organizations manage tasks, projects, notes, calendars, documents, communications, reporting, client management, service requests, and other business workflows.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Digi Do, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement and provide accurate registration information.

3. Your Account

  • You are responsible for your login credentials.
  • You are responsible for activity occurring under your account.
  • Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Permitted Use

Digi Do is intended for lawful business, nonprofit, educational, and organizational operations. You agree not to misuse, reverse engineer, exploit, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the platform.

5. Customer Data

You retain ownership of the content you upload including notes, tasks, files, schedules, contacts, reports, and business records. You grant Digi Do a limited license solely to host, process, back up, and display that data to provide the service.

6. Team Collaboration

Administrators are responsible for managing user permissions. Digi Do is not responsible for content shared internally by authorized members of your organization.

7. Payments

Paid subscriptions, premium modules, or future add-on services may require recurring or one-time payments. Failure to pay may result in suspension or loss of premium features.

8. Availability

We continually improve Digi Do. Features may be added, modified, or retired without prior notice. While we strive for high availability, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed.

9. Intellectual Property

The Digi Do software, branding, logos, workflows, interface design, documentation, and related technology remain the exclusive property of Digi Do unless otherwise stated.

10. Prohibited Activities

  • Uploading malicious code.
  • Violating laws or regulations.
  • Attempting unauthorized access.
  • Using Digi Do to distribute spam or fraudulent content.

11. Disclaimer

Digi Do is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We make no guarantee that every feature will operate without interruption or error.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digi Do shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or threaten the security or integrity of the platform.

14. Changes

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States.
